  • Alliance shops have served their communities for years - often decades. We look for recognized, reputable local brands with loyal customers and deep, long-standing community relationships.

  • Strong, consistent annual sales and profitable operations demonstrate a brand’s stability and long-term potential.

How the process works

1 — Exchange Initial Information

Share your pizzeria name, location and high-level financial estimates. We'll do some digging on our end to see if there's a good fit

2 — Introductory Conversation

We'll schedule a call or in-person introductory conversation to learn more about your business and better understand your goals

3— Shop Visit

We'll arrange a walkthrough of your shop (or shops) to evaluate operations and asset conditions. We’re always discreet and respectful of your team - visits can be scheduled before operating hours or on off-days

4— Letter of Intent

Following the visit, we may request additional information or clarification. Once complete, we'll produce a formal Letter of Intent ("LOI") outlining the proposed purchase price, transaction structure, and other key terms

5 — Confirmatory Diligence, Documentation & Closing

After the LOI is signed, we’ll move forward with confirmatory diligence, develop the ownership transition plan, finalize legal documentation, and work toward an efficient and smooth closing
